About me

So who is behind Rictol.co.uk?
Rictol is the base site for Richard Tolley, a second year university student, studying Computer Systems Integration, at the University of the West of England. Although his course focuses on embedded systems, networks and software development, he also spends time working as a web developer. Based in central Somerset, he has spent over 6 years developing sites for various organisations.
